1. Acceptance of Terms

By using imageeditpro.in (the "Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. The Service is a product of DkTechnoLab and is run by Ashish Kathiriya, 318, Platinum Point, Digital Valley, Opp. CNG Gas Pump, Sudama Chowk, Mota Varachha, Surat, Gujarat 394101, India ("we", "us").

2. Description of Service

Image EditPro is a free collection of image tools — compressing, resizing, cropping, converting formats, removing backgrounds, making form photos and more — together with guides that explain how to use them. Every tool is free for everyone. There are no paid plans, premium features or usage fees. The site is supported by advertising.

The tools run in your web browser: your images are processed on your own device and are not uploaded to us, except when you are signed in and choose to save a result to your cloud history.

3. Accounts

You can use every tool without an account. Creating a free account only adds cloud history, which keeps files you choose to save for 30 days. If you create an account, keep your password secure and tell us if you think someone else has used it. You can delete your account, and the files saved to it, at any time from your dashboard.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

use the Service for anything illegal, or to process images that are illegal or that you have no right to use;
use the tools to remove watermarks, logos or credits from images that belong to someone else, or to create misleading images of real people;
try to break, overload, scrape or reverse engineer the Service, or access it with automated tools in a way that harms other users;
use the contact form or account features to send spam.

5. Your Images and Our Content

Your images stay yours. Because the tools work in your browser, we do not receive them; files you save to cloud history are stored only so you can download them again, and we do not use them for any other purpose.

The text, design, logo and code of the site belong to Image EditPro. You may link to our pages and quote short parts of our guides with a link back, but please do not copy whole articles.

6. Accuracy of Information

Our guides and form-size pages are written carefully and link to their sources, but requirements set by exam boards, government portals, marketplaces and platforms change. Always check the current official notice before you submit a form. See our Disclaimer and Editorial Policy.

7. Privacy and Cookies

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and working correctly, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Tools may change, and we may pause the Service for maintenance.

9. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided free of charge and "as is". Keep a copy of your original files and check every result before you use it. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from using or being unable to use the Service, including a rejected form or upload.

10. Suspension

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, for example by abusing the contact form or the cloud history feature.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The date below shows the latest version; continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.

12. Governing Law and Contact
