How the guides on Image EditPro are chosen, written, checked and kept up to date.
Who writes the guides
Every article on the Image EditPro blog is published under the name of Ashish Kathiriya, the developer who built and runs this site from Surat, Gujarat, India. He is responsible for what each article says, and his name on a post means he has read and approved it.
What we write about
We only cover topics connected to the tools on this site: compressing and resizing images, file formats, photo and signature sizes for forms, YouTube thumbnails, and AI-assisted editing such as background removal and upscaling. Topics come from real questions — messages we receive, what people search for when they use the tools, and problems we run into ourselves.
We do not publish articles just to target a trending keyword, and we would rather have one complete guide on a subject than several similar ones. When two of our articles overlap, we merge them and redirect the old address to the combined guide.
How articles are researched and written
- Practical first. Each guide should let you finish a task: what to do, in what order, and what result to expect, including the limits of each method.
- Our own tools, described accurately. When an article mentions an Image EditPro tool, the description matches what the tool actually does. We do not claim features a tool does not have, and we say plainly when a job needs another program.
- No invented numbers. We do not publish made-up statistics, test results, ratings or testimonials. Where a figure matters, it comes from a source we link to.
How we use AI
We use AI writing assistants to help with research, outlines and first drafts, in the same way the site's tools use AI models to process images. AI output is never published as it comes out. A draft is only published after it has been checked against the sources below, edited for accuracy and clarity, and approved by Ashish Kathiriya. Drafts that contain unverified claims, repeated sections or leftover notes are rejected — our publishing system blocks them automatically.
Sources we rely on
For facts that can change or that you will rely on, we use primary sources and link to them in the article, for example:
- Official notices and help pages for exam, passport and government form requirements (such as Passport Seva, NTA, SSC, UPSC and IBPS).
- Platform documentation such as YouTube Help for thumbnail specifications.
- Google Search Central, web.dev and MDN for web performance, image SEO and file formats.
Photo and signature requirements change between notifications. Our form-size pages show the source and edition we checked, and we always recommend confirming the current notice before you apply.
Updates and corrections
Articles are reviewed when a tool changes, when an official requirement changes, or when a reader points out a problem. The "Updated" date at the top of a post is changed only when the content itself changes — not to make a page look fresh.
If you find a mistake, please tell us through the contact page or at support@imageeditpro.in. We aim to check and correct factual errors within a few working days.
Independence and advertising
Image EditPro is free and funded by advertising served by Google AdSense. Advertisers have no say in what we write, we do not publish paid or sponsored articles, and we do not take payment for mentioning a product. When we compare other tools, we describe them fairly — including cases where another tool is the better choice.
Images and copyright
Images in our articles are our own, created with our tools, or used under a licence that allows it. We do not encourage downloading or editing images you do not have the rights to, and our guides on removing objects or text are written for your own photos only.
